# Quick start

Takes about **3 minutes** on Stellar Testnet.

## 1. Open the app

Go to <https://orbitpilot.vercel.app>

## 2. Connect a wallet

Pick one:

| Option           | Notes                                             |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------------------------- |
| **Orbit wallet** | Passkey + email recovery, no extension required |
| **Freighter** | Set Freighter to **Testnet**. Mainnet is rejected |

## 3. Fund

Use the onboarding checklist → **Fund** (Friendbot) so you have testnet XLM for fees and trades.

## 4. Ask Orbit

Try:

```
swap 10 XLM to USDC
```

Review the action card → sign → wait for confirmation → open the explorer link.

## 5. Explore

| Try          | Prompt                               |
| ------------ | ------------------------------------ |
| Portfolio    | `show my portfolio`                  |
| Idle capital | `what's idle?`                       |
| Predict      | `list sports markets`                |
| Feedback     | Heart icon → submit feedback         |
| Beta NFT     | `claim my beta NFT` (after feedback) |

{% hint style="success" %}
Keep about 2.5 XLM spare for fees and trustlines.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://orbit-pilot.gitbook.io/orbit-pilot-docs/product/quick-start.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
